Each month we show a film in two different slots; one for those who prefer the afternoon and another those who like to come after work. Both groups are friendly thoughtful people who like good films and engaging in discussions. We have enjoyed films which are just out on DVD as well as older classic films

Come along and watch a film and share in discussion with others afterwards.

Bible Study looks at different books and themes. Throughout our studies we see the continuity of the scriptures, trying to appreciate the people of faith who have passed them on to us and looking at how we can live the significance of that word to us today in our modern world.

Sister Teresa Brittain is a member of the Congregation of Our Lady of Sion and has a passion for the Word of God. She has worked extensively in catechesis and Biblical work as well as  Jewish Christian relations. She is presently living near here in Prestwich

Holy Conversations

Last Thursday of the month, 7-9pm
The group want to meet regularly to talk about ideas around faith and spirituality prompted by a book or video or some other input. It's not a book club, it's not a debate, it's not a bible study, it's not a theological study group - although it is a bit like those things. It's a group who come together to work out ideas about their faith journey with respect and open-mindedness - to have Holy Conversations.
